Adpearance Ranks in the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon

Oregon Business Magazine recently released their annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon and Adpearance made the list at number 30! 

We’re especially proud to make this list because the results are based on anonymous surveys that employees from each company completed — that means real honest opinions about the company’s strengths and weaknesses from the people who count most.

“If you look at what got us here, it’s been that underneath the hood, everyone working here helped create a safe, positive environment where we could succeed (and more importantly, sometimes fail) together,” said David Steinberg, co-founder of Adpearance. 

The survey asked employees at each company to rank their satisfaction in six categories:

• Work Environment
• Management & Communications
• Decision-making & Trust
• Career Development and Learning
• Benefits & Compensation
• Sustainable Practices

The employee survey also took into account company benefit policies including healthcare benefits, PTO, retirement plans, transportation benefits, tuition reimbursement, and any other unique or special benefits offered.

Over 230 companies in Oregon, from a number of diverse industries, submitted surveys this year. The results were broken down into three categories based on company size and Adpearance ranked #30 in the mid-size (35-99 employees) company category.

It’s true; whether we are working together to solve clients’ business problems, discussing the latest book club read, or just hanging out after work, our tight-knit crew is always having fun. We believe that teamwork makes the dream work and strive to create an environment where every member of the team is empowered to bring their creativity to the table to solve real problems.
