August Insights

  • We’re happy to report increases across the board this month, with natural traffic sessions even exceeding pre-COVID figures on a consistent basis.
  • Overall website sessions have increased over the last 14 days (+1.2% vs previous period), and are up (+5.6%) in the last 30 days vs previous period.
  • Natural website sessions have marginally increased over the last 14 days (+0.5% vs previous period), and are still up (+4.4%) in the last 30 days vs previous period. 
  • Paid search traffic is up over the last 14 days (+4.1% vs previous period). Over the last 30 days, paid sessions are up by (+11.1%) vs previous period.

Automotive Digital Advertising Trends

August Insights

  • Market presence has increased over the last 14 days. Spend is up (+4.4%) vs previous period and impressions are up (+1.3%) vs previous period. Looking over the last 30 days, spend and impressions are down marginally by (-4.9%) and (-0.4%) respectively vs previous period.
  • Cost-per-click metrics remain low. CPC has increased (+3.1%) over the last 14 days vs previous period, but is down (-1.0%) over the last 30 days vs previous period.
  • Click-through-rates have remained constant over the last 14 days (+0.4% vs previous period) and still remain near all-time highs.
  • Unique lead action rate has decreased over the last 14 days vs previous period by (-6.3%), but has increased by (+3.2%) over the last 30 days vs previous period.
  • Cost/unique lead action has increased over the last 14 days by (+14.7%) vs previous period, but is down by (-4.7%) over the last 30 days vs previous period.
  • Conversion data is still populating; in reality, this number will show a greater decrease by this time next week.
