Responsibilities

Future Early Career Opportunities Include:

As a Digital Strategy Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Onboarding New Clients: You will be responsible for the successful onboarding and QAing of net new clients and promotional advertising enrollments. You will work both internally, and with clients to obtain required information, access, and data required to successfully launch new accounts

  • Client Communication: You will translate a deep understanding of the value of our solutions into positive action for our promotional customers. You clearly communicate service setup, recommendations, and best practices

  • Assisting in Digital Campaign Management: We have over 1,000 clients, and they need digital advertising owners. You will assist our Digital Advertising Strategists in campaign management for some of their clients while also managing some of your own clients that have unique paths with Adpearance. You will ensure your client’s marketing dollars are spent effectively to meet their goals through thoughtful account management and optimization. You are always pairing strategic excellence with the best interest of the customer

  • Analyzing Data: You’ll be working with large sets of data, identifying areas for improvement, and executing based upon your findings. Show us your most remarkable Excel trick; we’ll be impressed

  • Documentation: We have a terrific library of resources and documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our resource library as we are constantly improving and adapting to the ever-changing digital landscape

  • Working with the Team: There’s a time for headphones and a time to partner hard. You’ll do both, collaborating with talent ranging from developers to designers to client success managers

  • Reporting and Collateral Generation: You will analyze and review automated reports, execute custom and one-off reports, and develop specific account recommendations for the team

  • Learning: This position is a jumping off point within Adpearance. Immerse yourself in different roles and dedicate some of your time to learning our solutions so that you can quickly move up the ladder

As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creation and ongoing development of digital advertising campaigns

  • Management and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns including:

    • Budgeting and bid management

    • Ad copy/keyword/targeting updates

    • In-depth secondary/tertiary account updates (ie. RLSA, extensions, shared libraries, placements, etc.)

    • Analyzing data and acting upon it to improve account performance

    • Changes to keep up with the latest service offerings across Google, Bing, Facebook, and other advertising platforms

    • Changes to abide by client requests/needs/new services

    • Updates to campaigns from global account analysis

  • Cross-team and client communication and education, including, but not limited to:

    • In-depth reporting

    • Executive summary presentations

    • Account planning and execution

    • Development of actionable insights

  • Learning: This position is a jumping off point within Adpearance. Immerse yourself in different roles and dedicate some of your time to learning our solutions so that you can quickly move up the ladder

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working independently and partnering with the project team to ensure website maintenance and site build projects are delivered on time and within scope

  • Educating and leading clients through the digital marketing project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution

You will:

  • Plan, schedule, and develop timelines

  • Gather and refine user stories and requirements

  • Manage and update site content and features

  • Engage in QA, UAT, and troubleshooting

  • Synthesize information (requirements, client feedback, industry trends, etc.) to produce web content

  • Act as the main point of contact for end users, connecting the dots between business requirements and website implementation

  • Provide updates on project work and escalate issues as necessary

  • Learning: This position is a jumping off point within Adpearance. Immerse yourself in different roles and dedicate some of your time to learning our solutions so that you can quickly move up the ladder

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Engaging in efficient and effective sales outreach via multiple channels (phone, email, social channels) to contact prospects and sign them up to attend a sales presentation with one of our Regional Sales Managers

  • Identifying and evaluating automotive dealers for client requirements

  • Developing and maintaining a network of prospects using Salesforce and Salesloft

  • Assisting in the development of sales presentations that include competitive benchmarking and digital marketing analysis
