This is a pivotal and dynamic time in the development of Adpearance, and we are creating a new position in the Enterprise Partnership Manager. We need a confident, positive and capable leader to own enterprise client relationships with a focus on our software.
As the Enterprise Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, oversight and development of our largest client contracts. The successful Enterprise Partnership manager will achieve growth and renewal of our largest client contracts through excellent communication and strategic leadership of enterprise accounts.
Expand relationships: Adpearance is an established figure in automotive with OEMs including FCA, Volkswagen, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, and Acura among others. You will deepen those existing relationships, gaining trust and expanding our partnerships.
Speak and present: You will own the room when presenting to our enterprise clients and their stakeholders. Using key findings, data, and trends in presentations that you develop, they’ll understand, get excited, and expand their partnership with Adpearance. Expect to travel and present quarterly at minimum.
Listen and educate: As a front-lines communicator with our largest clients, you’ll share detailed insights with internal departments including sales, marketing, data science, and R&D to refine our products and positioning to better solve felt business needs.
Manage a team: You’ll have a small team of road warriors who you will train and mentor to develop a highly successful communication strategy and client engagement plan with stellar program success metrics for more than 2,000 client contacts.

- You have a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of seven years of experience of managing enterprise accounts
- Software or marketing background
- Automotive experience within an OEM
- Experience navigating Fortune 100 organizations
