Adpearance is a marketing and sales intelligence company that helps businesses generate leads and drive more sales. And work with some of the biggest businesses in the country, especially major automotive manufacturers. In order to do so, we have to be incredibly dialed-- a process supported by our OEM Coordinator.


If you join the team, you’ll be:

Dotting i’s and crossing t’s. You’ll have impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical skills, demonstrated in the daily coordination, reporting, and infrastructure required for complex business relationships. 

Working across teams. You’ll collaborate across internal teams including client service, sales, and solutions to strengthen and streamline technical processes and documentation for partnership cultivation and management

Coordinating activities. You’ll make working with Adpearance feel like a cakewalk for automotive OEMs. This includes scheduling meetings, managing agendas, building presentations, and facilitating discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Jumping in. While the role of OEM Coordinator requires a ton of detail work, there’s an equal amount of flexibility and creative problem solving required. You’re comfortable with change and enjoy bringing process to new initiatives that appear seemingly out of nowhere.

Required Qualifications

You are our ideal OEM Coordinator if:

You have a strong academic record. You read that right. We care about your GPA. Tell us about all the nerdy details. Summa Cum Laude. Chess club president. School paper editor.

You have 2+ years of agency or similar experience. Whether at a traditional or digital agency, you’ve done this before and love the pace. Finding a solution, managing politics, and remembering that one detail that everyone else forgot brings a rosy glow to your cheeks.

You communicate clearly. You are just as comfortable presenting in person as writing an email. You understand people and they understand you.

You are organized. Things don’t slip through the cracks on your watch. Ever. You have opinions about the right way to make a list and it shows. People know they can count on you to deliver.

You get things done. Issues are addressed before they become problems. You’ve heard the phrase, “Wow, you’re fast” more than a couple of times.

You thrive under pressure. You will be a part of fast-paced, multi-national meetings and discussions that span multiple lines of business. You’ll trap the details while appearing unflappable.
