Foureyes®, our patented sales technology is expanding and we’re adding a new role, the Regional Program Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting our enterprise clients and navigating the massive organizational ecosystem that drives adoption and success.

Responsibilities

Helping clients: You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a minimum of 100 client stakeholders and influencers. You’ll get to know their business, goals and personal quirks to surpass any roadblocks that come your way with ease. Your communication will showcase our “we’re always here to help” and “we’re your trusted advisors” approach to client success.

Working with our teams: You’ll work alongside other Regional Program Managers and Coordinators to drive a stellar experience and results for the enterprise ecosystem. You will execute and innovate strategic initiatives for continual success.

Presenting success: You’ll be incredibly comfortable with data and proactively uncovering the story its telling. You’ll own the room when you regularly present our program findings and success.

Getting face time: You understand that some meetings are best done in person and you get energized by traveling at least once per month.

Required Qualifications

You are our ideal candidate if:

You have a history of success. No matter the obstacle that gets in your path, you handle it with grace and a smile keeping the client at ease.  

You have 3+ years of agency or similar experience. Whether at a traditional or digital agency, you’ve done this before and love the pace. Finding a solution that solves your client’s business challenge AND political situation while aligning with the internal team’s recommendation brings a rosy glow to your cheeks.

You communicate clearly. You are just as comfortable presenting in person as writing an email. You understand people and they understand you.

You are organized. Things don’t slip through the cracks on your watch. You spot problems when they are still potential pitfalls. People know they can count on you to deliver.

You get things done. Issues are addressed before they become problems. You’ve heard the phrase, “Wow, you’re fast” more than a couple of times.

You have a knack for sales. You spot opportunities without even trying and have proven success fostering relationships and growing accounts.

You can and want to travel. This role will require the ability to travel at least once a month to work side by side with our client stakeholders to achieve successful program results.
